When you are finished editing the label file in the label printing soft-
ware, save your changes to the label and close the label printing soft-
ware application. You are returned to the Bar Code Labels form in the
Check In-Out application. The label has been changed.
Printing and Previewing Location and Item
Labels
To preview and print bar code labels for inventory item data and for loca-
tion data, please follow the steps below.
1. Select Reports Command Tab > Barcodes Command Set > Barcodes.
2. The Bar Code Labels form appears.
3. In the Label Type portion of the form, select a label type. A list of pre-
formatted labels for this type appears to the right in the Label List por-
tion of the form.
Location: Use the print function to print a specified range of Check In-
Out location labels in the label printing software application.
