Once you have determined what kind of installation we offer for your

device, download the mobile device installer from the Hardware Support

Matrix.

Installing the CE Batch Portable Application

Once you complete the Batch installation prerequisites, including:

• Determining your Remote Data Access Setup;

• Installing IIS;

• Installing ActiveSync or Windows Device Center Software and estab-

lishing a partnership between your computer and your device;

• Installing the IntelliTrack workstation application and configuring IIS

dependencies;

• Setting firewall exceptions; please see “Applying Firewall Exceptions”

on page 37.

Downloading the Mobile Device Installer

To install the CE Batch application on your device, you must first retrieve

the mobile device installer from the Hardware Support Matrix at the Intelli-

Track website.)

1. To reach the hardware support matrix link from the Batch Utility, select

Portable > Synchronize CE Device from the menu bar in the worksta-

tion application or select Start > Programs > IntelliTrack > ISRP >

Batch Terminal Communications. The login window for the Batch

utility appears. Use your ISRP username and password to log into the

batch utility. Click CE Portable > Install from the menu bar. A mes-

sage appears notifying you that you are being directed to the Hardware

Support Matrix where you can download the installer for your mobile

device.

2. At the Hardware Support Matrix, in the Product field, click the drop-

down arrow and select your ISRP from the drop-down list that appears.
