Press the <Enter> key. Depending on your system settings, the follow-

ing screen may appear. If you don’t see this screen, skip ahead to the

next step.

Enter the lot for the selected item in the Lot field, if applicable.

Enter the expiration date for the selected item in the Expires field, if

applicable.

11. The Location Destination screen appears. Enter the “destination” loca-

tion for the staged item in the Location field. (If you are picking by

zone, you are limited to the zone locations.)

• If applicable, enter the pallet number in the Pallet field.

• To stage this item to a new pallet, select F3. A new pallet is entered

in the Pallet field. A new pallet created during order staging con-

tains a prefix of C to designate this pallet as a Container. (Note that

to use pallets, the Pallet feature must be enabled in the System

Options form in the workstation application.)
