Note: You are able to download the Microsoft ActiveSync application
from
www.microsoft.com. Please check the application specifications
found in the product data sheets for supported version information. (The
product data sheets may be found on the IntelliTrack website:

track.net at the Support >Product Documentation page.)
Required ActiveSync Setting
Before you install the CE Client application on the handheld device, you
must have Microsoft ActiveSync installed and configured for network
communication on the PC where the handheld device(s) will be connected.
Microsoft ActiveSync v4.x
In the Microsoft ActiveSync application, click File > Connection Set-
tings. The Connection Settings window appears.
• In the Connection Settings window, make sure the Open ActiveSync
when my device connects check box is marked.
• Click the drop-down arrow in the This computer is connected to field
and select Work Network from the list that appears.
• When Work Network is listed in the This computer is connected to
field and the Open ActiveSync when my device connects check box
