mation for this item.

6. If multiple sites are selected, in the Move To section of the form, click

the drop-down arrow in the Site field and select the site to which you

are moving the item from the drop-down menu list that appears.

7. In the Move To section of the form, click the drop-down arrow in the

Location field and select the location to which you are moving the item

from the drop-down menu list that appears.

8. Next, click in the Qty to Move field, and enter the quantity of the item

that you are moving:

• As a reference, the number of available items in the location is listed

below the Qty to Move field, next to the Select All button. If you

want to move all of the items to the selected location, click the

Select All button. The total item quantity listed next to the Select All

button will be entered in the Qty to Move field.

• If you want to move a specific quantity, not all of the items, enter the

quantity of the item that you are moving in this field.

9. Click the Do It button found along the bottom of the form to process

the move. (Clicking the Cancel button found along the bottom of the

form will cancel the move entries.)

10. Select the Close button found along the bottom of the form to exit the

form.

Mass Move

If you are moving all the items in one location to a new location, you are

able to record the entire inventory movement at once with the Mass Move

form.

To reach the Mass Move form, select Manage > Inventory > Mass Move
