The default system site is automatically selected in the Site field. If
multiple sites are enabled, you may change the site setting to query data
from another site. Click the drop-down arrow in the Site field and
select a site from the list that appears.
3. To query inventory data by item, click the drop-down arrow in the Item
# field and select the item from the list that appears.
To query inventory by location, click the drop-down arrow in the Loca-
tion field and select the location from the list that appears.
4. The data refreshes to present the current selection. In the example
below, the inventory data has been queried by Item #, hence inventory
data is retrieved for the selected item number.
5. Click the Preview button found along the bottom of the form to view
the query information in a report format on-screen.
6. Click the Print button found along the bottom of the form to print the
query information in report format.
