From the Sites lookup table:
1. Click in the Site line whose name you want to edit.
2. Edit the Site entry, making the desired changes.
3. When you are finished, click the Save button to save the information.
4. Click Close to exit the Sites lookup table.
Deleting a Site Important: A Site CANNOT BE DELETED if it has ORDERS, LOCA-
TIONS, or INVENTORY RECORDS associated with it in the database.
Purge the Site data before deleting it.
From the Sites lookup table:
1. Scroll to the line of the entry you want to remove, and click in the line.
2. An arrow appears in front of the line entry, indicating that this line has
been selected. Click in the arrow at the beginning of the line to select
the entire line.
3. Click the Delete button found along the bottom of the form.
4. A query box appears, asking you if you are sure you want to delete this
record. To continue with the deletion, click Ye s. (To cancel deleting this
carrier, click No.) The record is deleted from the list.
5. When you are finished at this lookup table, click the Close button to
close the table.
