1.
If recording a move that was performed by another operator, click the
drop-down arrow in the User field, and select the operator that per-
formed this move from the drop-down menu list that appears.
2. Enter the transaction reference number for the move, if desired, in the
Reference # field. (The Reference # is not a system defined number–it
is a user created, optional entry.)
3. If the multiple sites feature is enabled, click the drop-down arrow in the
Site field in the Move From section of the form. Select the Site from
which you are moving inventory from the list that appears.
4. In the Move From section of the form, click the drop-down arrow in
the Location field, and select the location you are moving the item
from in list that appears.
If you select a quarantine location, the system will prompt you with a
dialog box, notifying you that this is a quarantine location:
If you still wish to select this location, choose Ye s to close the dialog
box and continue. If you do not want to select this location, choose No
to close the dialog box and choose another location.
5. To view the inventory that is found in this location, click the View
Inventory to be Processed button.
The Selected Inventory form appears, detailing the inventory included
in the pending move:
