Retrieving History Data
History data is filtered, retrieved and viewed at the View History form.
When you are ready to retrieve history data, click the Go button.
For more information about filtering, retrieving, and viewing history data,
please refer to the instructions below:
1. If you have enabled the multiple sites option and can view all sites, you
are able to sort your history data by a specific site or by all sites in the
system. To retrieve history data by a site other than your default site,
click the drop-down arrow in the Site field, and select the desired site
from the list that appears. To retrieve data for all sites, select the {All}
choice or leave this field blank.
2. To sort history data by a specific item number, click the drop-down
arrow in the Item # field and select the item number from the list that
appears. To sort by all item numbers, select the {All} choice or leave
this field blank.
