The list of inventory fields available to be exported are displayed.
2. Next, click the Filter button. The Filter Inventory dialog appears.
3. By default, the filter settings from your last session are applied. If no
filtering is set, all items in all locations in all sites will be exported.
This is indicated by an asterisk in each field, as shown in the Filter
Inventory dialog example above. You are able to specify the following
data:
Site: To filter Inventory by a specific site, click the drop-down arrow in
this field and select a Site from the list that appears.
Location: Becomes enabled if you choose a Site for filtering. To filter
inventory by a specific site location, click the drop-down arrow in this
field and select a location from the list that appears.
Item: To filter inventory by a specific item, click the drop-down arrow
and select an item from the list that appears.
Click the Apply button to apply the filter settings to the Inventory
Export Interface template and close the Filter Inventory dialog.
Click the Clear button to clear the filter settings in the Filter Inventory
dialog.
